Lyn Ward joined Scott & Donna Ward in April of 2004 as a personal assistant. She obtained her real estate license in December of 2004 and has also received certification as a Buyer's Agent. Lyn has taken many business classes and has an extensive background in customer service and office administration. She has lived in the area for 30 years and resides in Pittsfield with her husband Chris and two sons, Christopher 17 and Brian 13. She was an active member of Pittsfield Parks & Recreation, as well as running and coaching the elementary school basketball program, for 7 years. She is now involved with the PMHS Booster Club and continues to be dedicated to our town. Laurie obtained her NH Real Estate Broker Associate license in March 2008 and is proud to be a part of the dynamic team at Exit Reward Realty. She is enthusiastic about her career and finds that taking her expertise one step further as an Associate Broker allows her to utilize her many skills while assisting families in their search, sale and “smooth closure” of their ultimate dream home.
Laurie has lived in New England all of her life and has achieved 9 years of Real Estate experience as a NH Real Estate Title Examiner, Real Estate Paralegal and Corporate Business Owner with 2 years as a Real Estate Office Administrator within the Exit Realty system-- the fastest growing real estate company in the country. She graduated with high honors from NHCTC in 1996 majored in Paralegal Studies and minored in Business Administration. Laurie is a Licensed Cosmetologist of 27 years with a loyal clientele following and a special gift for bringing out the best in others brought on by her ability to listen well, care genuinely, react with ease under pressure while delivering outstanding results. Chris Ward joined the EXIT team in January 2007. Chris resides in Pittsfield with his wife Lyn & 2 sons. Chris is a very community oriented person and is actively involved with rotary club, hot air balloon rally & also owns a local successful electrical business. Kara obtained her real estate license in April 2007 and immediately knew that the wonderful Exit Reward Realty office was for her. Kara graduated from Plymouth State University in Spring 2006 with a BA in Art majoring in both Graphic Design and Art History. At PSU she fell in love with the study of New England architecture and teamed up with her love to help others Real Estate was a clear and exciting path. While at PSU Kara played for their Field Hockey team for four years and knows all to well that a player is nothing with out a great team behind her which can also be said for a Real Estate agent. Before college Kara lived in Hampton, NH for 18 years, she currently resides in Plymouth, NH and knows the seacoast through and through and Grafton county almost equally as well.
